Slaný dort
500 g hladké mouky 1 vejce
300 ml mléka 1 lžička citronové šťávy
10 g sušeného droždí 2 lžičky soli
1 lžíce oleje
pomazánky: 300 g taveného sýra nebo Lučiny
2 lžíce pomazánkového másla
4- 5 stroužků česneku
100 g nivy
trochu smetany (stačí 12%)
200 g topinkové pomazánky (kupuji hotovou)
na ozdobu: 100 g poličan
100 g paprikáš
200 g 2x salám Dulano (prodává Lidl větší průměr, paprikový a
obyčejný, podobný mají i Kauflandu)
100 g krájené čabajky (Lidl, Kaufland)
200 g uzený sýr
200 g eidam sýr
podle chuti nakládanou kukuřici, olivy, papriku různé barvy, cherry rajčata, pórek, kadeřavý salát, vařená vejce atp.
postup:
- zaděláme klasické kynuté těsto, musí být raději řidší (lépe vykyne a dort je měkčí), přendáme do formy na dort Ø 24-26 cm,
srdíčko, podkova, necháme cca 1 hodinku kynout
- pečeme na 180oC asi 20 minut
- necháme vychladnout, potom 2x rozkrojíme.
- než nám dortík vychladne uděláme pomazánky, utřeme sýr a máslo, přidáme
prolisovaný česnek, ochutíme 2/3 oddělíme a do zbytku nastrouháme nivu a
přidáme trochu šlehačky (můžeme dát i tatarku), utřeme
- jedna vrstva je topinková pomazánka, na kterou naklademe plátky vařených
vajíček, potřeme lehce zbytkem pomazánky spodek dalšího dílu a přiklopíme
- další vrstva je nivová pomazánka, kterou poklademe klobásou a zase spodek
vrchního dílu potřeme zbytkem pomazánky
- pro změnu můžeme udělat křenovou pomazánku, křenové pomazánkové máslo, jemně nastrouhaný křen, šlehačku nebo tatarku
- celý dort potřeme česnekovou pomazánkou a zdobíme podle fantazie
Dortík můžeme mazat i jinými pomazánkami nebo někdo upřednostňuje různé saláty, u nás jsou nejoblíbenější tyto.
